Fine motor idea

I saw a cool idea tonight, I'd like to try.

Thry had a piece of plywood, but I bet a nice piece of cardboard would work. Then added Velcro dots all over, like polka dots. Eh placed the other side of Velcro on the backside of larger size buttons. The child can put on/off a variety of buttons.

L would have put them all in her mouth, but K isn't as orally fixated. Or you could do something bigger? Frozen juice lids?

    Those are good ideas too!

    I have a set of juice lids my mom gave me. They went to the kind that have that pull tab to open. They aren't sharp. Idk, though, it's been forever since I bought them myself!

    But now I'm thinking, if I could put a letter on the inside for letter recognition, I could more use!

    lol- never! She has a huge oral fixation. She chews on everything. Her fingernails/toenails, shirt collar, rubbery toys...
