I spoke to my co-ordinator because I need to book time off work well in advance this time (just because it's summer).
I have to have a Hysterscopy on the 28th, and then they want me to take a week to let things settle down before I start the lupron.
So it looks like we are aiming for a transfer around July 8th. I have a tentative calendar, but it's just an idea because we don't know what the result of the hysterscopy will be or how well I'll respond to the meds this time around.
My boss is sitting on my vacation request. Even though I know she had already talked to my team mates and let them know that July was a good month to take time. I also know that none of them want time in july but have both book time in the fall. It's like she is looking for a reason not to approve it.
She can be such a monster sometimes. I can't wait until I can walk away.

Re: tentative calendar
Getting a calendar can be so exciting and so intimidating at the same time. So many "what ifs"...
I hope everything lines up perfectly and it goes just as you plan, and that this cycle is your BFP and take home baby. I'm cheering you on!

ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive. Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)
DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!
Yay for a time line!
I have heard that infertility-IVF actually falls into the FMLA category and if you file for it they legally have to give you the requested time off. I'm not 100% positive so look into it first but if it comes down to that you will win.
Keep us updated!
In my experience, unfortunately this didn't turn out to be true. My boss and director have been very supportive and in-the-loop on our cycling. Per company policy, they had me contact our third-party LOA team to make sure it was on file with them and they said fertility treatments do not quality for FMLA or job-protected leave. I was disappointed to hear this to say the least.

I live north of the border. I don't think it qualifies for any protected leave.
Besides it would mean having to let my boss know that I am seeking treatment, which I have no desire ot share with her. She is not very understanding, and says things that just make you cringe.
