Curious to where others are at as far as measurements at 4 months.

DD had her appt today. 14lbs 6oz (75%) and 25.75 inches (90%)

DS was 15lbs 12oz and 25" long. His height slowed a bit compared to his 2 month appointment, but his weight is pretty consistently increasing.

DD was 24 inches, but only 12-9 for weight. Dr said with active as she is she will probably never be a real chunky baby.

DS had his appt today 1 wk early. Weight 12lb 1oz 3, height 23.25in 3 head cir. ? but told 50. He was 6lb 1oz 18.5in at birth. Always been 3rd so steadily gaining and Dr. not worried. He's my little man :

I can't wait to find out. We've had to go in for some weight checks. His 4 month is in the morning though. I think that he was 11lbs 15oz at his 3 month weight check. Hopefully he has gained enough to make the pedi happy.

C just had his 3 month check up two weeks ago and he was at 14 1/2 lbs and 24.5 inches. Still have two weeks til he's due for his four month but the clinic on post is closed so it'll be three weeks

He has to go in to the shot clinic on the 28th though so they're on time. I can't wait to find out what he weighs though. I'm gonna go with 16lbs. He's my little meatball.

DS is 12.5 lbs and 24.5 inches...

so 3-15% weight and 75% height! DH is very tall so that's why.

he's wearing 9month clothes already...and size 3 diapers

had his shots today too

What brand of clothes do you buy? C is 15 lbs and 24.5 in and 6 mos size are still fitting him fine!

DS was 13 lb (17th), 24" (20th) - he was 6lbs 4oz at birth.

on the 3rd for her 4.5 month check up she was 12lbs11oz, 25.5" tall and her head is 16.25...she still fits in some 0-3 but i started putting her in 3-6...the pants are big on her, but the onsies fit fine...some of the 0-3 i can't get over her head

she was 6lbz and 19.75" when we took her home....she'll be 5 months monday...but we don't have to go back to the dr until july

13lbs 8oz (big improvement in percentiles ... great weight gain this month)

24.5 or 25.5 inches (bad mom - I already forget)

He got FOUR shots. Poor baby.

Wow! Yes, please share. Same as Zona here. We had a 3 month appt. for something else and DS was 12 lb 14 oz and was 24 3/4 inches long. That was just over a MONTH ago, he has grown a TON and can still wear 3 month, 3 to 6 month and a couple 6 months clothes, though the 6 mo. are still long and I know he's gotten much longer in the past month. He only wears size 2 diapers. Funny how bodies are so different even when so similar!
