When is your next appt? When was the last u/s you had?

I honestly would probably call my Dr if I wasn't feeling movement (on the inside). Do you think you could possibly be feeling it, but not realizing it? I've been feeling this one for a couple weeks now, but not from the outside. Only every once in awhile can I feel it on the outside now.

  • I just started feeling more noticeable movement. Still not consistent.

  • Do you have an A/S coming up? Seeing baby move on screen helped me feel more secure.

I'm on my third LO and at 22.5 weeks I JUST felt this little one Saturday for the first time. And that was it, only once so far.

Seems pointless to say, but try not to worry.

  • my next appointment is the 3rd... i dont feel her on the inside or outside... i am a bigger girl so i don't expect to feel her on the outside yet, but i wish i felt her on the inside.

she is really high, so i don't know if that has something to do with it.  or the fact that i had a c section 10 months ago has something to do with it.

my doctor said her ultrasound looked great though, so i am probably freaking out over nothing

  • My girlfriend didn't feel her 3rd until 24w.

  • I just started feeling small movements around 20 weeks, they didn't get bigger until after 21 weeks.

  • Do you have an anterior placenta? I have one with this LO and noticed that it took much longer for me to feel her even though she's my second. The tech didn't even bother to mention that I have an AP and so when I mentioned that I hadn't felt the baby move yet to my midwife she checked the notes from my 12 week scan and told me about the AP....

  • i had my a/s last monday, that's how i know she is measuring a little small but the doctor doesnt seem too concerned... don't know about my placenta, it hasn't been mentioned

  • I would be phoning the doctor and asking for an appointment... but that's probably more paranoia based than anything.

If u are worried I would call your doc. My friend called all the time when she stopped feeling movement and got an ultrasound right away and now she has a super cute and healthy 2 month old!

All of this. I have an AP. I had to ask the tech about it specifically because I knew it was so different with #2 than it was with #1. They weren't going to mention it otherwise. I do feel movement but it's not that much.
