What would you do?

Backstory...DS had a stomach bug 4 weeks ago. Two weeks ago, DH and I got the stomach flu at the same time, give or take a few hours. In the last two weeks, DS's daycare provider, her daughter, and most recently the other two boys at DC got itlike Thursday and Friday. Today my friend whose son is one of the other two boys texts me that she now has it too, so I know her son is still exposed to the germs. I have no idea if this is the same bug DS had a month ago but I realllllly do not want to go through that again.

Would you send DS to DC tomorrow knowing both other boys were recently sick and the one for sure still has it in the home? Not sure about the other family. Or am I overreacting and would you just send him anyway? We CAN make other arrangements with my parents, it will just be a bit difficult. I'm torn...

I don't have any other options like parents. So I would send him. If I had parents nearby, I would probably work with the inconvenience and ask them to watch him for a day or two.

This same thing happened to my LO about a month or so ago except me and LO got the bug and not my husband. When she got better I sent her back. It went around to all the kids in the daycare but my LO didn't get it again.

We went through the stomach bug rotation cycle last month. In all likelihood, he'll be fine, but if you can make other arrangements, I would. I am SO paranoid against stomach bugs, so I'm probably on the extreme side. But that's what all 4 family members going down 1-2 days apart will do to a girl. ;-)
