  I've heard mixed reviews about all of them except the Motorolas consistently are given two thumbs up.  I don't use a video monitor myself so no first hand information, sorry.

  We also use the Motorola one. We've been using it for about a year and don't have any complaints. The range is good, it is fairly portable (we take it with us if we are on vacation or my son will be sleeping somewhere else), picture is decent quality. We love having a video monitor, it has saved us many times from going into his room and potentially waking him up when he is just making noise in his sleep.

  After our summer video monitor broke after 6 months of use, we went with the Motorola and it's been going strong ever since (LO is almost 3 years old). We're planning on getting a second one (or maybe just the camera) for LO2.

  We have a Motorola and it is great!  When we have another baby we can add another camera, so that is nice.
