NIFR-- Planning trip to Washington D.C.Suggestions!

Hey y'all!! Yup! I'm from Texas, and this girl is coming to D.C. in June. My DH and I went last year with my BIL, SIL, and their 2 girls. My DH and his brother go for business. Well, we get to come back this summer, but this year my IL's will be joining us!! We are looking for things to do! I know there are a ton! We specifically want to do the Mt. Vernon tour! We want to do one of the boat tours, but I want the best one! It will be my MIl's first time in D.C., and my FIL grew up in that area, but hasn't been there in years! I want it to be memorable for them! Any suggestions?

    Mt. Vernon tour is awesome! Really pretty in the summer! Definitely check out the Smithsonian! I'm a total nerd, but seriously, the Library of Congress is pretty cool. Seeing the Mall at night is pretty amazing too (Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial,Jefferson Memorial), Georgetown is nice too. Has lots of little shops and good places to eat. I'm just going off of what I did when I went there for a class in college. Hope this helps a bit! I'm sure there are other ladies that are from the area that know more than me!

    16w: Baby A is Stubborn, Baby B is a GIRL!
    20 week scan: TEAM PURPLE!
    The babies were born on December 16, 2014 at 35 weeks! They are home and doing well!

    Problem: Irregular menstruation, unexplained
    Nov&Dec-Provera because of no period after 35+ days
    First RE appt 1/10/2013
    Tests: TSH (normal), Prolactin (normal), SA (abnormal)
    Hysteroscopy (normal) and PCOS labs (negative/normal) 1/15/2013
    2/1/13- HPT BFP but Beta Hcg was negative
    Plan: Femara + Trigger + IUI in April if no real BFP before then Bloggy Blog!

    Thanks for posing this question!! I am from Texas and we will be going to DC in December with my husband's cousin and wife.

    8/2013 cycle benched for cyst
