May 2012 Babies

Some of us are approaching a year, and some are already there. What's new with those babies?

DD has had a busy week. She stands on her own for about 15-20 seconds at the longest then lowers herself down. Still not walking on her own yet, but instead of needing me to stand behind her and hold on with 2 hands and walk, she can now stand beside me and hold my 1 hand.

Still just the 2 teeth, but she's been acting like she's teething so maybe some more are on the way. No more bottles, she's refusing them now and just wants her sippy cup. She's been on WCM for a week now too, she didn't want to take formula at daycare anymore so I told them to just switch her and she took it like a champ.

My most heart breaking development is our latest BF routine has been feed at night before supper and 1st thing in the morning. Now she's starting to drop her night feeding! Some days she'll take it and some days she just wants her supper. I'm selfishly so sad she's feeling like she doesn't need it anymore. At least I still get my morning cuddles in bed while we BF. I'll try to hold on to that one as long as possible.

    DD is standing and holding on to things with 1 hand.  She still will only walk holdng our hands.  No teeth yet!  She points and says "this" a lot.  Or "yah".  She hands us her toys and says "Thank you".  She won't take bottles at daycare but feeds more at night with us.  Her 1 yr appt is this week so we will probably start the switch to wcm then.

    Cycle 12~ 50 mg Clomid=BFP 9/9/11, Beta #1=280 & Beta #2=1513, 6w3d hb=122 bpm/ 8w2d hb=186 bpm/12w2d could not hear hb had a 3rd u/s and got to see the hb. 16w2d heard the hb! 156 bpm. A/S 1/3=girl

    DD#2 has been walking for a month and a half....only 2 teeth...saying mama, dada, more, and what sounds like hi...much more physical than DD#1 was at this age but not near as verbal as older sister was.   Can't believe she is almost 1...tear:(

    DD is walking everywhere and loves it.  I love seeing that lil belly poking out as she stumbles around the house!  Not too much talking... da da momma, that's about it.  she is so smiley and has recently started giving hugs!  i love it!
