So, the short version we are team green turned team pink!! DH and I welcomed miss Molly Alice to the world at 7:46 am, 5/10. She was 7lbs 3oz and 20 inches at birth. She's perfect and we are thrilled of course 
Here she is!

At my regular appt on 5/7 I was diagnoised with pre-E and sent to L&D for induction. I was already 2.5cm dilated and 50-70% effaced but not in labor on my own yet. Once admitted, further testing showed I did not have pre-E and was sent home.
I went back the next day for monitoring, now 3cm, and my BP's were still a litle all over the place, but confirmed no protein in urine from a 12 hour collection. The on call doc, high risk doc, and my OB all agreed that induction was still the best corse of action sine I was at risk of developing pre-E still, but that we would wait one more day so DH and I could get things at home/work in order.
I was admitted for my scheduled induction on 5/9 at 11am. I had progressed to 4cm, and the cervical check inititated contractions 4-6 min apart. We started pitocin to make sure I stayed in labor and waited. After 8 hrs on pitocin, I was still only 4cm and no progress on effacement (though my water had broken). Feeling discouraged, DH and I stried to get some sleep. About 4 hrs later I woke up with a really strong contration. Had two more and called in for the epidural which was administered at midnight (about a 1/2 hr of agony wasn't too bad).
The epidural was AWESOME! I slept again for a little bit and was woken up by the OB for a check at 5am which showed I was 10cm, 100% effaced, and baby was already a +2!! However, my BP had spiked right before the epidural, and hadn't come down enough, so I was started on a Mag Sulfate drip.
We got things set up and started practice pushing at 5:50. I tried the fairly traditional pushing position (back), and a modified sqat position because of the epi. I was not a fan of either and requested I try pushing while lying on my left side with my right foot up on the squat bar. This was perfect for me. I could feel what I was doing and was able to push long enough without tiring myself out. I had no pain whatsoever with the epi, but I was able to feel pressure as Molly was coming down. After just under two hours of pushing, Molly was born! and then things got a little interesting.
When my water was rebroken at 5am, it was discovered that Molly had passed some meconium. So there was a team of pediatricians (seriously, like 4-5) that immediately took her once she was out. They cleared her airway and cleaned her up once she took her first couple of breaths (waiting for that was quite stressful for me).
I also had a 2nd degree tear, and some bleeding that it took them awhile to find hte source of (I wound up losing just under a liter of blood). They kept me on mag drip after delivery. The plan was to be on it 24 hrs post delivery, but my kidneys weren't handling the mag sulfate so well so we stopped early and I was monitored closely in other ways.
They kept me 12 hrs longer beyond normal to make sure the bleeding and my BP was under control. I've still got some swelling and a risk of developing pre-E (until I'm 10 days past delivery I think). I'm slowly recovering at home, but Molly is doing beautifully! DH and I are figuring out her feedign/sleeping schedule and are just so thrilled to finally be parents!!

Me (32): all clear
Appt with Urologist 5/21/12: exam, ultrasound, bloodwork all normal.
Testicular Biopsy with TESE on 6/8/12. good sperm found! (left side only) froze sperm, failed thaw test
Orientation for IVF/ICSI on 6/13/12. Waiting for the green light following biopsy results...results show adequate sperm production both sides.
2nd SA 6/18/12: sample is "adequate for ICSI"
Plan: IVF/ICSI July 2012!
ER: 7/26/12. 15 eggs retrieved, all mature.
TESE/TESA/aspiration from epididymis, no motile sperm found
froze all eggs, the saga of praying for good sperm continues.
8/3/12: 2nd opinion from MFI uro on biopsy slides. Suspects "partial late maturation arrest."
Plan: more SAs, third biopsy/TESE with frozen back-up either from DH or DS.

9/26/12: SPERM FOUND! 15 eggs thawed, 12 survived and were ICSI'd, only 3 fertilized normally. Refrozen as embies and will thaw in Nov. Please survive and grow!

So happy to hear you are both doing well. That was quite the adventure. I totally agree about the Epi, it was my new best friend when I labored with DD, once I finally got it after 2 hours of painful contractions!.

Jan 2013-Starting IVF!!! BC starts Jan 17/Lupron on Feb 13/Stims on Feb 18/ER on March 1 IVF Protocol: Lupron 10 units in am until stimms. Then 5 units of Lurpon in am, 150iu of Follistim and 1 unit of Menopur in pm. Holding dosage throughtout since response has been great. Thought we would be freeze all due to OHSS, but ended up getting more follicles then expected! 14 total!!! 12 mature and 11 fertilized. Dr calls for a 5 day transfer!!

Stims for IVF#1 started 7/6/12. ER done 7/15/12. ICSI and AH. Transferred 2 embies 7/17/12. Stick little ones, stick! Beta 7/30/12=BFN HcG less than 2.
