Constipation from WCM?

For the past week I have been giving LO half WCM and half formula in his bottles.  Starting yesterday he has been whimpering and crying a little when pooping.  His poop isn't rock hard but it's solid.  Is the WCM making him constipated?  I am starting all WCM in his bottles this week.  Do I just make sure he gets plenty of fruit to help things along better?  Anyone else's baby having this problem?

    Hmmm...not sure; I can't relate. We just switched DD to WCM one day and her poops continued on their regular schedule with no issue. Poor guy :( hope he feels better soon.
