Thursday: grilled steak , roasted cauliflower, and steamed broccoli
Friday night: grilled chicken wings, haven't figured sides out this week.

I don't have the weekend planned yet...FIL and BIL are visiting and DH wants to do a lot of grilling.

Most of our meals last two days, since DH is on a diet. It looks like I'm cooking exclusively from Jessica Seinfeld this week.
Monday/Tuesday: Sneaky Italian meatloaf (with ground turkey and hidden carrots), asparagus
Wednesday/Thursday: Sweet potato mac & cheese, green beans one night, peas the other
