Stroller Question/advice

I have the Keekaroo Karoo and my 19lb 9 month old doesnt fit in it at all, the straps at their tightest are still way too big. Is this normal or am I just not getting it? Anyway, im looking for a new stroller with the following:

Large sunshade/cool in heat of Texas

Food tray she can actually reach at this age

One handle bar

Easy to maneuver, I walk not jog.

I was thinking about maybe the Bumbleride Flyer or Peg Perego Uno, thoughts or other suggestions?

    I have the Britax B Agile. It has a huuuuuuuge sun shade, turns on a dime, and has one-handed open/close. DD has to pull herself up with the try to get to it but she does so really easily so it is not a big deal. When I bought mine in only came in 2 colors but I think now they have it in several.
