I just entered my tenth week and I have this ginormous thing on my cheek! It's huge and unpoppable. Has this happened to anyone? What can I do besides leave it alone? It's gross!
Mario Badescu drying lotion. nbsp; You can get it from Nordstrom or I think Ulta carries the line as well.
Mario Badescu also has something called buffering lotion made specifically for cystic pimples. I use it at the first sign of one and it helps a lot! Heals faster and keeps it from getting very bad.
I look like the mask or something. Atleast a dozen moderate sized pimples on the left side of my face (chin to cheek), along with one extremely large cyst. The cyst is probably the size of a quarter, maybe bigger, and seems to just be a painful, fluid filled bump. My derm said he could treat it with a shot of a little cortisone. Because it is injected directly at the site he claims there is no evidence that it gets to the baby, but I was hesitate and have held off so far. I've had no success getting it to go down otherwise, and I've been dealing with it for about 5 weeks now, yay.
Aaaahhh!!! This happened to me Thursday!!! I didn't touch it even though it was killing me not to because I'm a picker lol! But I put makeup over it all day and took a hot hot shower that night and washed my face real good being gentle with gentle face wash not acne face wash. As soon as I got out I popped it with qtips and moisturized. It's still red but much much better. Sorry if its tmi but maybe that helps??
