Meeting with the Re after all of the prescreening test are completed?

What do you discuss during your meeting with your RE doctor after all of your prescreening test results are back?. I go to Shady Grove.
                 

TTC since 2012 

Dx : DOR

IUI #1 (Follistim switched over to Menopur injections) - BFN

Attempted IUI #2 (Menopur injections only cycle) better response on the Menopur then the Follistim combination treatment cycle however my cycle was still canceled due to my eggs not maturing and follicles not growing enough on a high dose of Menopur (Re said I could try a cycle of comid + ovidrel  for an IUI) for my second IUI( praying this works for us)

  Clomid + Ovidrel protocol worked still a BFN as a result

Attempted cycle  Clomid  + Ovidrel protocol for IUI # 3 (Unable to do this cycle due to a cyst)

IUI # 3 Clomid+ Ovidrel protocol - BFP    Beta #1 752  Beta #2  1536    Beta #3 3797

EDD 10/27/14

Our sweet baby boy arrived on 9/2/14 TTC # 2 Conceived without help- June 2015 July 2015- Miscarriage ( blighted ovum)
March 2016 (ectopic pregnancy) :(

    I had all my pre screening done through my OBGYN. I just had my first appointment at Shady Grove on Friday and the doctor went over our results and explained what our issue was and his plan for action. He did great at explaining why whe might not have gotten pregnant yet, and what the treatments would do to fix it. He also was really receptive to any suggestions or questions we had.

    Then we met with the financial lady. Then our nurse can in and explained how the whole process would go.

    We created a plan.  Mind you, all my testing was negative so there was nothing to 'fix', per se.  The RE did send me to see MFM for a consult due to my history but then the cycle after our meeting and planning session I started treatment.

    We basically went over all the tests that were done.  Then RE talked about possible next steps. For instance ours were:: try on our own, clomid + TI or IUI clomid trigger.

    Answered all our questions. GL

    TTC since June 2011
    SA - Normal CD3 Bloodwork - Normal HSG- All clear!
    July 2012 50mg Clomid CD3-7 Trigger+TI = BFN
    August 2012 50mg Clomid CD3-7 Trigger+IUI = BFN
    September 2012 50mg Clomid CD3-7 Trigger+IUI = BFN
    October 4th LAP - Mild Endo - All Removed
    Treatment Break 3 cycles = BFN
    1st Treatment Cycle Post Lap --
    February 2013 50mg Clomid CD3-7 Trigger+IUI = BFN
    March 2013 50mg Clomid CD3-7 Trigger+IUI = BFN
    April 2013 Break Cycle ~~~ May 2013 Meet with RE discuss next steps
    July 2013 IVF ~ Stims start 6/28

    Day 3 - 10 Embryos
    ET 7/15 Transferred 1 Blast on day 5 - Froze 6
