Do I see a doctor?

I'm 8wks and have drop from 55 to 48kgs, I'm only vomiting once a day but I seem to bring up more than my stomach contents, it's like I'm bringing up my small intestine contents! I hate to say it but it looks like sht. I seem to just get fuller and fuller with each meal until I eventually vomite. I'm still going to the toilet, so I don't think I'm blocked. But it worries me that I'm vomiting so hard that I'm bringing up really old food and that I might not be getting any nutrients. I feel silly cause apart from that I'm fine, healthy and quite bubbly.

When's your first doc appt? I wouldn't worry to much at this point unless you become dehydrated

On the 21st I have my first ob appointment, I suppose I worry a little because I live in a rural area where the doctor only comes into town twice a week, apart from that its two and half hours to the nearest hospital. We will be traveling over three hours for my ob appointment!

You said it looks like ***?  Could you describe it as looking like coffee grounds?  I would call my doctor.  Vomiting "coffee grounds" is a sign of blood.  Do you have a history of stomach ulcers?

This isn't pregnancy related, but I've had a similar experience. The summer I got my period for the first time I was violently ill. I guess my hormones were horribly out of whack or something, but I threw up every month for three or four months. Anyway, I remember the first time if happened I vomited 9 times in one night, and the last time the contents were white and coffee-ground like. It was awful. I feel your pain.

Try eating small, frequent meals to give them time to digest.  Sometimes, eating crackers before even getting out of bed works for nausea.

I'd check with your doctor . Losing 7 kgs is a considerable amount. I don't necessarily think you have an intestinal blockage, but you're losing a lot of weight. You may be dehydrated too.
