Nursing - Need a superhuman sports bra rec...

I've run a few times on the treadmill since DS was born without issue, but today was my first attempt at a cross-training DVD and wow was that painful. I'm nursing and was mid-way between feeds (that was my first mistake, should have been totally empty) but the jumping jacks and jumping rope, etc was so painful. I had a good sports bra on, but need a GREAT sports bra. My nursing bras are 36H so I need something that is built for a bigger chest. TIA!!

They are expensive but worth it!

  • Moving Comfort  - when I started running again after pregnancy I was a 36G and my breasts didn't move at all in this one.

Title Nine has a webiste.  They have some very heavy duty bras!
  • Here's another vote for Moving Comfort! Bonus... Some of their bras have "adjustable straps with concealed hookandloop closure", which are intended to help you get a better fit, but they ALSO serve as quick nursing access if you need it.

  • I agree with the moving comfort suggestions, especially for a 36H. When I'm running, I often wear two sport bras for extra support.
