Well, I had my lap today and everything went really well. After 2.5 hours of surgery, they found and removed a lot around the uterus and Fallopian tubes. My doctor said the endo was pushing my tubes all the way to the wall causing them to be squished, which very likely could have an impact on our fertility struggle.
I'm feeling pretty good, just really sore from the gas pains. I think that's the worst part and I can't get rid of them!!
I posted a month or so ago asking for advice on if I should have the surgery. I have seen SEVERAL doctors with these symptoms and none recommended it, despite my infertility and other pain associated.I have learned to be an advocate for myself with this board and I truly appreciate this boards advice. You encouraged me to do the lap and I'm so glad that I did!
Hopefully this will be a step in the right direction with our fertility struggle.

Glad to hear! I hope that removing the endo does the trick for you and you end up with your BFP soon!
As for the gas pains, walking is best!

Glad everything went well! Take it easy the next few days and be good to yourself.
My advice is try to get up and walk every few hours, it will help with the bloating and gas pains.
I'm glad to hear the surgery was worth it! I am also unexplained and have always wondered about endo. My RE doesn't seem interested in testing since I have light periods and all testing looks fine. If you don't mind me asking, what were your symptoms?
GL, I hope this leads to a BFP!
