  We didn't. I wonder if it's a one off.  If he keeps doing it after you give him meds, then I'd definitely suspect the meds.  If not, then it's probably a fluke or something else causing the puking.  If he doesn't keep down another bottle, watch his diapers closely as babies can dehydrate very quickly.

  Thanks.  He wouldn't take another bottle- he was basically passed out asleep, probably from the experience.

  Agree. It could be an upset tummy seperate from the meds. FWIW we never had that happen. S projectile vomited due to reflux but quickly improved on meds.

  I agree.. Could be a fluke or upset tummy from something else.. DS never got worse on it... Poor little babe!

  DD was only ever on Zantac bit she never had a spitting up issue or vomiting. Hope he feels better soon
