(For Fun) What do you call it ..

I think it's interesting to see what terms are used to describe different things (both baby related and non baby related). I especially pick up on them when I'm on Pinterest and people caption things with different terms.
So, for fun, what do you call it...(and if other, tell us what!)
- Diapers, Pampers, or Nappies
- Pacifier, Binky, or Sucker
- Receiving Blanket, Burping Cloth, or Swaddler
- Stroller, Coach, or Pram
- Bassinet, Cradle, or Napper
- Pack n Play, Play yard, or Play pen
What other things can you think of?
(Edit: I also thought receiving blanket, burping cloth, and swaddler were not the same until my shower when I was holding one up and it was referred to as each of the three things. Mind was blown.)

I thought the same thing until my shower when everyone was calling them different things. Literally, I had one item in my hand and it was referred to by each term.

1. Diapers but in spanish my family all calls them "pampers"
2. Pacifier or Paci (in spanish we call it "bobo")
3. I call it what it is (blanket, burp cloth, swaddler, these are all different IMO).
4. Stroller (in spanish we call it "coche")
5. Bassinet
6. Pack n Play (in spanish we call it "coral" roll that RRRR)
- Pacifier, Binky, or Sucker-Bink
- Receiving Blanket, Burping Cloth, or Swaddler-All different things
- Stroller, Coach, or Pram-stroller
- Bassinet, Cradle, or Napper-never called anything that because we didn't have it
- Pack n Play, Play yard, or Play pen-different things. play yard/play pen are indoor fences.
I made an edit above because I too thought receiving blanket/burping cloth/swaddler were all different until I opened an item up and it was referred to as all three things by different guests. Also, on the packaging it said receiving blanket - to use as a burping cloth or swaddle baby.
I disagree about the play yard/play pen thing as indoor fences. We'd just call those gates or indoor fences. I've heard the fold up item (brand name Pack n Play) referred to as all of those terms.

They're all different things

A stroller and pram are different things. Never heard of a coach.

Also different things to me. A cradle rocks and a napper is the thing attached to over priced PnPs.
- Pack n Play, Play yard, or Play pen
A PnP is one thing, but a play yard and a play pen are different. They're larger areas in which to contain children. A PnP is a smaller thing often used for sleeping.

- Receiving Blanket, = useless / Burping Cloth = burpie / Swaddler = miracle blanket (because we actually used a miracle blanket and it was actually a miracle
- Stroller, Coach, or Pram = stroller
- Bassinet, Cradle, or Napper = rock n play
- Pack n Play, Play yard, or Play pen = we call all of these play pen, but they are 2 different items in our house. One is the plastic fencing type stuff that we use as a little outdoor yard, one is the little baby cage we use inside that also came with a sleeping platform and changing table and where she sometimes naps when we travel.

- Receiving Blanket, Burping Cloth, or Swaddler: All listed.
- Stroller, Coach, or Pram: Mainly Stroller sometimes a Push Chair.
- Bassinet, Cradle, or Napper: Cot or Bassinet.
- Pack n Play, Play yard, or Play pen: Play Pen and Pack n Play.

Note: I see a Burp rag as COMPLETELY different than a swaddler/blanket Mainly because of size. our burp rags are old school cloth diapers, you could never swaddle a baby in that.
