N3TR: Day of Wins

A day full of wins for me!

4. Started my usual walking route when dogs started loudly barking so I started to jog to get away quicker and ended up jogging the whole mile! I know many of you can run much longer than that, but it is a win for me!!

5. While I was jogging, Queen and other 80's Rock Anthems came on my Pandora radio...WIN!!!

What are your wins today?? 3T or N3TR

    PAIF/SAIF welcome!
  • Yay for wins!

I finished and filed a huge project at work so I considered that a win.

And I refrained from throat punching the lady who checked me out at CVS. As she is checking me out this is our conversation:

    her: "do you have kids?"

Me: ::stares blankly:: (how is that relevant to her checking me out!?)

her: "well I don't know if you have kids but if you do, happy Mother's Day."

Me: ::smile, grab my bags, walk off::

I considered my self control a win.

And I thought getting mine for $66 was a deal!

    My wins for the day:

    1.   It's Friday!

    2.  My laptop is at work being rebuilt, so no point in even thinking about work this weekend.

    3.  Four of my coworkers and I volunteered at a food bank today and then went out to lunch.  Volunteering was fun, but a lot of hard work (I spent 3 hours stacking boxes of food).

    4. Because I was volunteering, I only had to work a half a day today. Yay!

I got it at the hospital's pharmacy where I work and where my RE is, so I think I get a discount. Plus the pharmacist said they have a contract with the company so they get a good deal. Fine with me!!
