  Try thrift stores. i found some really cute thank you cards at goodwill.
  
  You can make some, they don't have to be fancy, just get some nice paper and write thank you in really nice handwriting, maybe add a cute baby stamp. Or print them using your computer.
  
  I've found them on clearance at target.
