The MW told me that means baby's back is facing your tummy which is where you want them to be apparently so they take it as a good sign. Not a labour sign though, just a good position.

Mine has never completely popped out, but there are days where the top part is almost "hooded" and sticks out. Must mean my baby is indecisive as to whether he is fully cooked or not...
