AW: MD gifts for grandmothers

MIL and my mom are getting these from the boys:

They are succulent "gardens" with faux butterflies.   The boys painted the pots, drip style, picked out the rocks for the bottom, scooped the potting soil and planted the plants.  They did a great job.  It was only minimally dirty.

    That is soooo cute!  What a sweet and perfect gift!  I think I might steal this and do something similar for our moms.  They both love plants, so they are our go-to MD gift.  But pots painted with love by their only grandchild would really be a hit!
