just noticed my daughter appears to have her breasts swollen, and if she has boobs.  I am asking the pedi today but just wanted to know if anyone has had or seen this in their infant.

    I've also heard that natural ingredients in things like gripe water can make the nipple area swollen in both boys and girls.

    DD has little chubby bewbies, but it's just due to baby fatness.

    OMG!! I laughed so hard. Now everyone in my conservative law firm office knows I'm doing something I'm not supposed to be because I was so loud. Haha!

    It's normal for baby girls to develop fatty breast tissue. DD has little boobies too.

    OP, my son has boobs too. He's just a chunky monkey. Worth asking your pedi if you're worried, but it sounds like your daughter is very likely normal!
