Ok...so I am in the two week wait of my second donor cycle. The first donor cycle ended in a chemical pregnancy. That cycle we only transferred one embryo.

 This cycle we transferred two embryos -- both 4AA and one was already hatching. I don't have my beta until Monday 5/13.

I just got my E2 and progesterone done today and they came back good -- progesterone was 42 and estrogen was 217. So here is where my mind goes wacky -- at the time of the transfer (which was was 4/30) my estrogen was 289. I worry because in every other cycle my estrogen has dropped but still been above the acceptable level. They always increase me from two patches to three. And those cycles have not been successful. So of course my mind goes to the fact that since my estrogen dropped this cycle has not been successful.

Please tell me that it is normal to have the estrogen go down a bit and that it doesn't mean anything bad. I do have a son from a previous IVF two years ago with my own eggs...but at that time we didn't test estrogen and progesterone during the two weeks. So I have nothing to compare to but my failed cycles.

    I think it can fluctuate so I wouldn't worry about it. You may want to ask your RE or post on the IF board, they might know more. GL!

     2/11/13 - DEmbryo FET #1 Thawed four, sadly two didn't survive. Transferred two beautiful blasts. 
     2/16/13 - First BFP of my life @ 6dp5dt! EDD 10/30/13
     3/27/13 - After beta and u/s hell, no heartbeat ever detected. D&C at 9w1d.

    6/5/13 - Adopted four new embryos that had been frozen for seven years!      
    9/12/13 - DEmbryo FET #2. Thawed and transferred two beautiful blasts
    9/17/13 - BFP @ 5dp6dt! EDD 05/31/14
     9/29/13 - m/c @ 5w1d. :(

    11/19/13 - DEmbryo FET #3. Thawed and transferred one blast from each batch. Wow!
     11/23/13 - BFP @ 4dp6dt! EDD 8/7/13
    Beta #1 @ 13dp6dt - 522  Beta #2 @ 16dp6dt - 1373 
    6w5d ultrasound showed one perfect baby with a beautiful heartbeat of 134bpm!

    Snowflake baby is a girl!
