Open Leter Monday

DD;

I love you dearly, and live to make you happy. However, this latest "phase" where you feel the need to throw a dramatic tantrum for everything that doesn't go just your way is not very endearing. I wasn't expecting this until the "terrible two's" and it's exhausting. Please try to refrain from getting your diaper in a twist on a quarter-hourly basis and you will make me one seriously happy mommy. Either that or you need to promise me that you will be a perfectly angelic toddler(...pft yeah I'm dreaming here).

Your momma who wants to trade the whine for some wine.

    please stay here forever!! All wonderful spring flowers are just perfect, the sky is blue and the sun is shinny. Plus there's no humidity and the breeze is devine!

    We are going through this too! I said to DH yesterday that I thought the tantrums didn't start so early. DS is usually such a happy camper but lately he cries when I don't let him play in the toilet, with the cat food, with electronic equipment, in the litter box, or in the dogs' water dish. Also if I try to wipe his nose, change his diaper, or put him in his carseat. I started keeping rice crackers in the car to bribe him to put him in his carseat and even that didn't work this morning. Just a phase just a phase just a phase... right?!?!

    same here. I thought it was just us! Glad to know you guys are suffering with me lol
