  I took mine out about 6 months before I even got pregnant and I forgot to put it back in and eventually just decided not to wear it anymore. I still got a really weird looking stretch mark right above my belly button and it kinda looks like a sad face where the piercing hole was.

  I think sometimes it's just unavoidable that it's going to look likt a hot mess. Kinda comes with the territory. I've been using the stick Palmer's cocoa butter and it seems to really help with tightening my skin up.

  Ditto what the other ladies said. Although I've never stayed pregnant long enough to stretch out my belly button, nor have I had my belly button pierced, but I would trust these fine ladies with my life so I suggest you do as they say. 

   

  P.s. I think you would have a better shot at Harry if you didn't have a funky stretched out belly button piercing, so that should be motivation enough to take it out now...
