Congestion

LO has been really congested since she started daycare. Sigh. To combat it at night we have the humidifier going and she is sleeping in her RnP to help drainage. I tried saline drops and Nose Frieda, too, which helps a little but not like I'd hoped. What has worked for you guys? Any tips?

    A little breast milk up the nose. Sounds weird but it helped with the red and swollen tissue in his nasal passages. I also did a lot of steam showers. 10 mins in the hot steam while patting his back to break up the congestion.
