Auntie - GARS 2

Any insight on this? Is it enough of a diagnostic tool for a diagnosis or should be be pushing for an ADOS?

    Regular pedi wants to administer but we are on the wait list to get in to the dev. pedi. They want to use no observation and strictly go by parental report. I'm not completely comfortable with that.
