I know I can use the google but was curious if any of the crafty mamas have made (or found) a simple pattern or place to purchase a simple nap mat for use at daycare or for travel.
N sleeps in a PNP at daycare three days a week and hasn't tried to climb out yet or outgrown the size. But I know it is around the corner and want to find something to help make her mat cozy.
I dread the transition only because it means her nap time moves an hour later and she is an early riser (and early to bed) but we'll see.
Re: Simple Nap mat pattern?
If I was getting one specific for daycare, I'd get one like this:
easy to clean.

For something more fun, I'd do this:

yes, when L moved up to the toddler room, she slept on a cot. The group mentality really helps them to do what they are supposed to. She had no problems sleeping on the cot at school.
