How often does LO see grandparents?

I know that we have talked before about how far away the grandparents live but now that the babes are here how often do they see their grandparents?

My parents live in Idaho, it's a 16 hour drive or 2 hour flight. We went at Christmas when C was 1 month and again in March when she was 3 1/2 months and they are coming into town next weekend so basically she will see them about 6 times a year.

FIs parents live out of the country so they haven't met her yet, we plan on going hopefully at the end of this year, however we have seen his aunt who is basically a grandmother to C 3 times since she was born.

Every few months. We live 5 hours away. And on DH days off we just want to spend together at home. DH gma visits every month and a half. She is really the only one that visits regularly.

My dad lives 20 minutes south of us and works 20 minutes north of us. We seem him normally twice a week, if not more. DH parents live about 3 hours away. We try to see them once a month. DH's dad is a semi driver. He has been trying to stop in as often as possible.

He sees both grandmas once a week for an hour or two. FIL sees him about once a month. My SD has met him once, for Christmas.

It's harder for my family, because we don't take LO to my family's house at all. My SD smokes 2 packs a day in the house. I stopped visiting a couple of years ago due to asthma, and there's no way I'm bringing LO there. I didn't even like SD holding LO, but it was one time and I sucked it up since he will probably only see him 1-2 times a year.

ETA: both of our families live less than an hour away

We see DH's parents about 1 or 2 times a month. They live about 3 hrs away. We see my dad once every couple months because he drives right through here when he goes up to his cabin up north, but he lives 4 hrs away, and my mom still hasnt met Asa Sad

. She was living in TX for about a year and a half, but she is back home in Indiana and 4 hrs away so we are trying to get the time to go and see her

My parents live about 45 minutes away and usually come see us every weekend, sometimes every other if they are busy. DHs parents live 15 minutes away and we see them maybe once a month. My mom makes a big effort to come see DD a lot and make sure she "knows her grandma". Drives DH batty but I am happy that DD will have a good relationship with her grandparents.

My parents are our neighbors, so he seems them daily. DH dad lives 6hrs, his mom 10 hrs away. They have seen him once, last month. His mom plans on flying in for his birthday.

MIL and FIL live 15 minutes away and try to see LO once a week, but they have been sick off and on lately, so it's ended up being every other week, or third week.

My dad lives an hour and a half away. He has only seen LO at Christmas when I went to visit. I'm trying to plan a visit soon, but it may wait until my brother visits from the west coast. Maybe June or July.

We see DHs parents at least once a week since his dad watches G. My parents live about an hour and a half away so not as often. They try to visit every couple of weeks. It's tough for us to venture up on the weekends since I feel like we have an event every weekend.

My parents live 20ish hours away. We will see them 4 times this year, but I'm guessing 2x per year will be standard (1trip for them and 1 for us). We try to FaceTime every couple weeks.

DHs mom is even farther away, but she visits 3-4 times per year and we visit her 1x each year.

DHs dad lives maybe 15 mins away and.. I think he's seen B 3 times so far.

Our parents both live in different states. So far LO has seen each set of Grandparents twice. I am guessing he will see each set two or three times a year, unless we move closer to one family. It bums me out that LO isn't closer to family, so we may have to change that.

My mom is completely crazy and won't come to our house so her and my step-dad only see DD when we go out to eat, which is about once a month. It's so sad because she lives 40 minutes away. My dad and step-mom see her all the time though. She's already a big Papa's girl and he comes down twice a week, sometimes more. SO's parents see her every few weeks.

Our families live in Texas, since LO2 was born my parents have been here twice and my MIL once. We will be going there in a few months and I'm fairly certain my parents are coming up again before the year is over.

My and DH's parents live in the same city as us. My mom and MIL see A at least once a week, my dad sees her every Tuesday and sometimes on the weekends and FIL sees her every couple of weeks.

My parents live in the same city so they see C at least every other day. DH's rents are 4.5hrs away...they've seen her 3 times since she was born.

My parents live an hour away. We spend one weekend a month there. I also go for the day every other week or so. My mil and fil are divorced. Mil sees LO every month or so. Fil lives 5 hours away in another state so doesn't see LO often.

My mom has only seen D twice, the day after he was born and for a weekend last month. She is 3 hrs away and would come visit more often if I didn't refuse to let her husband visit.

MIL is about 10 minutes away and tries to come over every Monday on her day off.

GMIL is also 10 minutes away and we try to go see her on Sundays depending on how the day is going. She is 89 so she doesn't drive and we don't get to see her as often. Lately maybe 2 times a month.

We see my parents at least twice per week. They live about 20 minutes away.

FI's dad and SM, we see about once per month. His mom we see about four times per year.

My parents are 6 hours away and we see them about every other month. They make an effort and come to us some and we go down to them. They see my ILs about 2-3x per year and it's always when we go to them. We only stay for a few hours because they smoke in their house.

DHs family lives 15 mins away, we see them 24 times a week. My parents are 4 hrs away and we try to see them once a month. Though it was 2.5 months over winter bc of various reasons and I thought my parents would die of heartbreak : We FaceTime all the time.
