So with #2 on the way, I'm trying to simplify my life. Yeah right.
We currently have an Eddie Bauer messenger diaper bag. DH picked it out because it was something he wouldn't mind carrying around.
But he never carried the bag anyways, so I want to get something else, preferably that can be a backpack or a messenger bag.
What diaper bag worked for you? DD1 will be 18 months when DD2 gets here. I assume I will need a little less for DD1 than I do now. We do cloth diaper, which is always a huge space taker.
Anyhow, any suggestions or ideas on what you use or works for you would be great!
TIA!

With number three on the way, I decided to buy a new bag... It is actually smaller than my old (very used and abused) bag, but so far I'm happy with it... It is the Skip Hop Bento. With two kids who need snacks anywhere we go, the built-in snack compartment (which can also just be used as more storage) is fantastic!
I just wanted to ask you though why you think you will need LESS for DD1 when she is 18 months old? She will most likely still be in diapers, her clothes will be bigger and she will need a sippy cup and snacks pretty much anywhere you go, amongst other things... I find that I currently use much more space for DS (30 months old) than I do for DD (14 months old).
I am hoping that DS will be out of diapers when number three arrives in September, because otherwise I'll be using two bags for sure, as all the diapers, wipes, creams, clothes, bottles, sippies, snacks, etc. will not fit in one bag for sure!

JJB Be Prepared!
ETA: I also have a JJB BFF, but it is small. I barely can fit everything for DD and myself in it and she's 20m. But I will use it again once DD1 is PT. But for 2 in diapers, the Be Prepared is great!
I have the BFF and Be Prepared (BP) and the BP is way too big for me to use most of the time. It's giant. I use my BFF for most outings unless we are going to be gone all day or for an overnight trip. I think the best idea is to keep extras in your car and just put what you need for a couple hours in your diaper bag.
