This week has been really busy, to my exercise goal is not on track to be met, but I'm not giving up yet.
I have a super quick salmon recipe. Take some cajun seasoning (I like the Paul Prudhomes (sp?) seafood magic) and rub it generously over the salmon. Grill or broil for 8ish minutes or until almost to the doneness you like. Glaze with a mixture of a few tablespoons of orange marmalade thinned with an equal amount of fresh lime juice, finish cooking for about 1-2 minutes and enjoy!

That's great your getting in your workouts! I eat eggs everyday for protein and nutrition and because they are easy. Also when I think of it smoothies in the blender are great too.
I actually feel really good about meeting my goals although i am sore from so much walking- but sore in a good way! Yesterday was beautiful 70's and sunny so I pushed the baby in the stroller at the park for 3 miles. I met up with my SIL at the park today but called it quites after a just a few time around the track because it was too hot. I have to remember to keep drinking water because with the heat and BFing I feel dehydrated.

That recipe sounds fab...if only I could get DH on board with salmon. I could make it as a lunch option though!

My weekis going well. I've been tracking my points for Weight Watchers and we went on a walk yesterday and we walked around the zoo today. hopefully I will see results when I weigh it again next Monday. For an easy recipe I love cooking shrimp on the grill. I put the shrimp on skewers and just use a little barbecue sauce. It's one of my favorite summer meals!

Can I join this? I haven't made it to exercising yet. I have no excuse other than between Jackson not sleeping through the night and working 50 hours a week. So I really try to ensure I eat well everyday. I'm really going to push myself to start walking daily.

I don't make fish as often as I would like for pretty much that same reason. When I do make salmon for dinner DH always acts like it is the fist time he has ever had it and dinner begins with, "do I like this?"
