LO wakes up and plays in middle of the night

Lately, my LO wakes up in the middle of the night and plays in his crib.  He doesn't cry or call for us.  He just plays, laughs, talks to his loveys...sometimes he stays awake for over an hour.  He eventually goes back to sleep.  Does anyone else's LO do this??

    we co sleep...and yes ...he wakes up talking and patting me on the head....head butts dad and talks. This morning was actually entertaining. Its pretty random...but he will be in his crib here shortly!

    Not here, but that's interesting. When my lo wakes up in the middle of the night he cries, loudly:)

    DD has been waking up for 1-2 hours almost every night for the last couple of weeks.  Unfortunately, she insists on hanging out in our room and doing this :(  I have no idea what is going on with her sleep right now!  Adjusting bedtime, nap length, etc. has had no results.

    Yes, DS has been doing this for a while now. As long as he's happy I think it's fine and nothing to worry about.
