We finally got H's newborn pictures back last week. My poor photographer (family friend) had two computer crashes.

H is now holding up his head with hardly any wobble! We roll him up to a sitting position after every diaper change to practice and this week he isn't wobbling. Now if I can just get him to like his bumbo so I don't have to hold onto him and can talk to him while he sits.

GTKY: Hannah has started reaching for toys, and of course putting them in her mouth lol. Up until now she has shown no interest in toys. Now time to use some my Babies R Us gift cards to buy age appropriate toys.

  • Here's the three youngest packed into the car like sardines.

Not a whole lot new going on.  Maren is fascinated with her feet and I wish she'd stop putting a death grip on my hair.

Kelly, Mom to Christopher Shannon 9.27.06, Catherine Quinn 2.24.09, Trey Barton lost on 12.28.09, Therese Barton lost on 6.10.10, Joseph Sullivan 7.23.11, and our latest, Victoria Maren 11.15.12

Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck.  Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.

  • Everyone's babies are so adorable!

TJ, I can't believe E is walking already!  Way to go girl!  M turns 6 months today and we still haven't babyproofed our place yet, yikes.  Undecided if we want to babyproof vs get one of those gated playyard thingie.  We have an open concept condo so it's pretty difficult to babyproof.

Posting 2 pics this week if I may.... 1st one is M in his brand new stroller (just bought it this weekend).  He's pretty big for his age but he looks tiny in the stroller.

2nd pic is the 1/2 birthday boy taken this morning.

    image

    image

ETA GTKY Q - M is now good at banging his toys on the floor.  He also is actively reaching for toys that are out of his range.  I can see his little brain computing "how" to get to those toys...

Is it a total pain getting Sully in that middle seat?  I know I have a loooooong way to go before I really need to start seriously thinking about this, but my husband is hell bent on making our Explorer work and NOT getting a van.  It is a 7 seater, but I can't wrap my head around how I'm going to launch a kid over another car seat to get them strapped in.
