Baby's Feet Hanging Over Car Seat

I have the Saunter Travel System and my son's feet already hang over the edge. Is this normal or not considering he hasn't reached the height or weight limit (not even close actually). We aren't a tall family, but I do have long legs and I'm starting to think that maybe he takes after me. Do your LO's feet hang?

    This is completely normal and safe. The seat is outgrown when they meet the height or weight requirement, leg length doesn't factor. FWIW, my 2.5 year old still is rearfacing, and she's pretty tall (wears size 4 clothes). She crosses her legs, puts them up the seat back or hangs them over the edge.
