I found an online calculator for weight watchers point plus and know how many points I'm allotted. Just wondering if anyone knows why fruit goes from 0 points to actual points when blended in to a smoothie? Are baked fruits given point values too? I'm really trying to lose this baby weight so any help is appreciated!

I am thinking about doing WW. Have you had success?
I'm not sure why the points would change. Is it maybe calculating the milk or something else you are using? Have you tried the WW website? Maybe they could give some insight.
I'm a lifetime Weight Watcher's member (obviously before being pregnant). You get 26 daily points which you should eat all of. You also get 49 weekly points which you can use throughout the week (like you can save some for a big meal or splurge) which allows flexibility in the plan, you can distribute these as you like. You don't have to eat them all, but I would recommend that you do.
Fruit is given points when it is in recipes, it keeps the plan more honest because fruit does have calories and the best way to consume it is raw and unprocessed. So long as you don't add anything to baked fruit, it's still zero points. However, if you were to sprinkle sugar or something on it then it would have points.
I would strongly recommend going to the meetings or signing up online, the tools are really great plus you can earn extra points for exercising. It can be pricey, but in the long run it doesn't cost as much as taking care of yourself with obesity/weight related health problems. Plus once you get to your goal weight and maintain it you don't have to pay for it or the E-Tools anymore.

Oh okay, got ya! My sister started with 32 points but she was obese. She's lost 30 lbs so far this year. She isn't pregnant or nursing and I wasn't pregnant or nursing. Thanks for the info!
