Hello to all those I don't know, and hello again to those I do!
I'm returning to this lovely group of awesomely supportive women in the midst of losing another baby. I was an active member here (and on 6+) for over a year, and have continued lurking while being a member of PgAL and PAL. The short version of my losses is below, but the short short version is I lost 5 babies, had a rainbow baby DD, and am now losing a sixth baby. I have a blighted ovum (actually with what appears to be a tiny fetal pole), which was suspected two weeks ago, and confirmed yesterday at 8w1d. I stopped progesterone and am awaiting a m/c, and will take cytotec on Friday if needed. If anyone has any info on fun cytotec side effects, please lay it on me.
Ok, here's my short loss history: natural m/c at 12w (unknown baby status), a suspected ectopic that may have actually been an incomplete m/c with 13w of decreasing beta hell after methotrexate x2, a D&C after my twins' hearts stopped at 9w, a c/p, (my rainbow DD), and now a blighted ovum.
And, finally, here are a few things you need to know about me: First, I do have a rainbow DD, but I don't keep pics of her in my siggy. I do however have a ticker, which I will not be removing, and, after this post, I will no longer give a siggy warning. I am an active member of PAL, and will do my best to keep all DD related comments to that board, but will give a warning if she happens to come up here. Second, I welcome and encourage all AL ladies to post in my threads, so please be prepared for that if you open threads I start. And finally, I am brutally honest and can snark with the best of them, especially during the aftermath of a loss, and I am fiercely protective of this and all the AL boards.

I am so sorry for your loss and that you find yourself back here.
I know you plan on taking cyotec on Friday but I wanted to let you know, with my last loss, it took six days after stopping progesterone for it to happen. From the research that I did, 6 to 7 days seemed to be fairly normal. Just in case you really want to avoid cyotec.

Diagnosed w/ endometriosis 12/2010 Laproscopic surgery & 6 months of Lupron
BFP 12/17/2011,EDD 8/23/12,ectopic discovered 12/29/11 at 6 weeks recieved methotrexate
Dec '12 HSG & ultrasound showed abnormalities & more endo. Laproscopic surgery in January '13 showed significant damage & scar tissue from Endo. IVF is our best shot to concieve our rainbow.
June '13 Decided to go the adoption route!

It's nice to meet you, but I am so sorry for the circumstance.
I agree with the previous post completely. I took them orally rather than vaginally (I don't know if that makes a difference??). I stupidly waited to take pain meds (I didn't know any better) and regretted it. The pain was awful! It was constant cramping with waves of deep intense pains. It took about 30 minutes I think for the pain to kick in after I took it and it took about 2 hours for the bleeding to start. I passed a lot of it within the next 4 to 6 hours as well. I had to take it twice because it didn't get everything out the first time. I had some cramping the second time, but it gave me diarrhea. I didn't pass any more clots or blood. Even after the second time, I still needed a D&C, but my doctor said that I was a rare case.
