I have been trying to track my eating and I've noticed I'm not eating enough iron. I need some suggestions for low sugar high iron meals. I have been trying to eat more beans and I eat a lot of spinach. I get a nasty metal taste in my mouth sometimes so eating a ton of red meat can be gross. Help me avoid having to take nasty iron supplements again!

Here's a good site I found with high iron recipes:

Can you cook in a cast iron skillet?
I had to take the supplements when I was pregnant with N. I got the smaller does though and spread them out so it wasn't as bad.
Oh the burgers sound good! I usually buy premade burgers. How do you make the black bean ones?
