  This one I've been using.  It has a back light, but beeps every few seconds and is only to the tenth degree.

  I have the same beeping one...it is annoying and amazingly loud at 5:00 in the morning!  I have another one similar to the second link above that I like better...but it is harder to read when it is dark.

  I got this cheap one at WalMart. It's fine for now but I will upgrade if I don't get KU in the next month or so.

  I'm jealous you guys can buy these for 10$! Here they all start in the 20$ range (Canada) at least as far as I've seen. I'm so cheap haha. But I caved and have the Walmart one jldubb is using.

  I got mine from Target.  I don't remember the brand off-hand, but when I bought it there it was the only BBT they had.  It was pink.  I like it- it works to the hundredth degree and it remembers the temp.  So, when I wake up at 5:30 on the weekends, I can just quick temp, turn if off, go back to sleep and then check it later.  When I turn it back on it will show me the previous temp- then I can add it to my chart when I'm not half asleep.

  Those that have the beeping ones, if you hold your thumb over the hole on the underside of the thermometer, it muffles it significantly. I keep meaning to put some tape over the hole, but I never remember.
