Good for you guys! I can't wait to start getting in shape after this pregnancy. I'm in way way way better shape this time than I was with M, so that is giving me tons of motivation to exercise post delivery. For now, sticking to walking
Level 2 is a ***. Within the 30 day shred, there are 3 levels and you're supposed to do each level for 10 days. Except it's terribly boring to do the same thing every single night. After 5 days on Level 1, I just couldn't do it anymore. So I bumped up to 2.
That's my problem. I get bored. I really want to stick to it so maybe my motivation will outweigh boredom.

I am planking!! I clearly started off doing too little time. I'm a little sore, but I'd like to be hurting...
I'm going to start weight lifting again. I took a short break while I was dealing with morning sickness. I hope it hurts in a good way!!
