Tip toeing back on-line

I'm back on board again - I think.

It's a rough couple of weeks.  We are now in a holding pattern waiting for AF to show so I can start the next cycle.

But of a snag, as Dr want Hysteroscopy to ensure there was no residual damage from the m/c / ectopic.  Not looking forward to that but ok.  It's schedule for May 28th.

If I can't start this cycles meds until after that is done looks like we won't be able to do ET until end of June/early July.  Which SUCKS.

In July I turn 43. So didn't want to be still trying for our first at this stage.

Additionally, my DH has work commitments that will take him overseas.  We will both be relocating.  It is not an english speaking country and I am VERY reluctant to attempt to move there before have a babe in arms.  I can't imagine having to speak through a translator to express my concerns during the pregnancy and especially for the delivery (if we are succesful).  So that means that DH will have to fly in fly out - and will not be here if there are complications and/or for the appointments and may miss the delivery altogether. Not the ideal situation.  There's no good plan.

But here we go again.

Oh man, you do have a lot on your plate. Big hugs, and I want to tell you that I've been thinking about you.

I hope that the hysteroscopy shows everything is perfect and that will just let you feel even more confident about moving forward and that your start of cycle will be here before you know it.

I can't imagine your trepidation about moving to another country amidst something like this so my heart goes out with you. Big hugs, and I hope that it turns out better than you think too. *hug*

Glad you are back with us, but so sorry for your loss. We are on a similar schedule I think - maybe I'm a few weeks ahead of you. But I totally feel for you in every way - I turn 42 in June, and just got AF back on Friday after our 16w missed m/c. :( I am just finally starting meds today for our mid-June transfer that feels 100 years away. I have my uterine check on May 9th.

And a move overseas in the midst of this - ug! That is a lot to take in. One thing I'd say is that many, many doctors train in English. I wouldn't write off that there will be English speaking medical people available. Not sure what country you are talking though...

Anyhow, here's hoping for AF to come soon, a nice, clean uterine check and full steam ahead. FWIW, I had a D&E and AF took 5 weeks to return. Hang in there - but FX for smooth sailing to your next cycle.
