I'm sorry, I know we've talked about it

But tingling is normal right? I'm sitting at my desk and my feet keep falling asleep. I get up every half hour or so to move around but it keeps happening. So annoying.

  • My fingers and legs fall asleep/get tingly often. I usually notice that when it happens, I'm not quite sitting properly and a shift fixes it. Is your work chair cushioned? Maybe bring a blanket or cushion to sit on to give you more padding so the pressure from the chair doesn't irritate you as much.

  • My right leg fell asleep for like 15 minutes last night it was awful. I assume it is just from things shifting, joints opening up, pressure on sciatic nerve, etc.

  • Ugh. So over being pregnant. My chair is semi cushioned and I have a lumbar pillow. Guess I have to just keep readjusting.

  • Yup. I find that positions that should take an hour to make a limb fall asleep cause pins and needles after minutes. I just keep repositioning, wish I had better advice.

  • Yup, normal. I noticed when I do yoga stretches it helps a little.
