But tingling is normal right? I'm sitting at my desk and my feet keep falling asleep. I get up every half hour or so to move around but it keeps happening. So annoying.
My fingers and legs fall asleep/get tingly often. I usually notice that when it happens, I'm not quite sitting properly and a shift fixes it. Is your work chair cushioned? Maybe bring a blanket or cushion to sit on to give you more padding so the pressure from the chair doesn't irritate you as much.

My right leg fell asleep for like 15 minutes last night it was awful. I assume it is just from things shifting, joints opening up, pressure on sciatic nerve, etc.
Yup. I find that positions that should take an hour to make a limb fall asleep cause pins and needles after minutes. I just keep repositioning, wish I had better advice.
