Nannies in SoMD?

I wasn't really planning on working after the baby arrives, however for financial reasons I need to work for at least a year.  I don't even know where to begin finding an in house nanny.  Any suggestions?

    Agreed, but being that I live in the SOMD area please be picky bc some of the people here are very sketchy! Not that you wouldn't be selective for your LO but just be extra picky. Maryland case search everyone!!!
