So I injured my stomach today while i was carrying a large dog crate out of my house and honestly after it happened I felt stupid but it really did hurt. I am almost 20 weeks and have felt the baby move since it happened and I'm not cramping but I do feel sore in lower abdomen. Am i freaking out or should I be fine?

    I would call just to be safe.   I would definitely lay low for a couple days and watch for bleeding and cramping.
