Not super great with computers! Help! Please

So I decided to try the may siggy challenge but cannot figurehow to add the photo. Does it have to be in a certain format? I even got my hubby who is really good with computers and he couldnt get it to work. Please help.
My hubby and I have been together since 2008. Married 5 years in Dec. DX with PCOS and annovulatory hypothalamus. TTC for baby #2 for 10 months BFP on May 29th 2015

    I use tinypic.com - you just upload your picture and then it gives you the code. Don't forget that you have to click SAVE around 10 times for it to take effect. 

    What did you do to try and put it in?

    when you upload to tinypic.com you can change the size from default to thumbnail or website to make it smaller! looks good though!

    When you first choose your picture you can choose the size. I think I used email for this one. The size smaller works well also.
