Seeing stars

The doorbell just rang and the mailman left a package in the doorstep. I bent down (not over), and picked it up, but when I stood back up I was seeing stars. I didn't feel dizzy or lightheaded, but I did hold on to the wall just incase. I'd say after a minute or so they were gone. I'm not sure that I've ever legitimately seen stars before, but especially not without other symptoms. What the heck is that about? 

 This was probably totally pointless post because I'm not concerned because other symptoms weren't present, it was just bizarre.

    i see stars pretty frequently now - i assume it's relatively normal as I've seen lots of ladies posting about it!

    I see stars much more often in the bathroom than anywhere else. Even before pregnant. I think it might have something to do with different lighting a little bit.

    So weird. Just another awesome perk of pregnancy I suppose. I always assumed I'd be on the verge of passing out if it were happening, but nope, I felt totally fine.

    I've seen them off and on throughout my pregnancy and it's ALWAYS in the shower!

    That is weird and scary to me! I've only had vision changes when I feel like I'm going to pass out. Glad it was over quickly!

    Completely common according to my dr. I can't remember if its because of extra blood flow or lack of oxygen but it was one of those if not both. Mine always happens when I move too fast or exert too much energy too quickly.

    I was looking too far over my shoulder on Friday (that sounds so weird but theres no other way to describe what I was doing...lol) and it happened. haha.

    I see stars all of the time when I blow my nose or sniffle really hard. My blood pressure is really low and my doctor said its due to blood flow. I also see them frequently in the shower.
