My baby turns 4 months old today and for the last few days she pretty much screams (not cries, but is unhappy and yelling) after playing about 10 minutes.  When she does this, I bounce her in the bouncer and she goes to sleep for 30 minutes-2 hours.  She also sleeps through the night, so overall, she's only been having about 2 hrs of awake time the entire day.  We've never had more than about 5-6 hours, but at least before we'd get a couple solid 1-2 hour blocks of happy baby.  We have started doing more tummy time--is this wearing her out?  Also, I'm sick.  She doesn't have a fever, but could she have a mild case due to antibodies from me?
