I didn't play last week so here goes:
WEEK TWO Starting weight: 170lbs (currently)
Goal weight or weight loss lbs goal: 150lbs
Current weight or of lbs lost so far: 169lbs as of this morning.
Something positive: I'm happy the weather is finally getting nice so we can do outdoor activities.
Something negative: I ate crappy this weekend. Boo!
Activity this week: Playing outside with the kids since it's finally nice out. I want to get to the gym during my lunch break starting tomorrow.
Favorite healthy recipes this week: Chicken fajitas with lots of peppers and no cheese or sour cream.
Anything else? I hate working at losing weight.

Starting weight: 180 in January.
Goal weight or weight loss lbs goal: 155, but 160 would be fine.
Current weight or of lbs lost so far: 167. Slow and steady...
Something positive: I haven't been working out too much, so I'm glad I am still slowly loosing the weight.
Something negative: I worry about working out/cutting calories too much and it will affect my supply.
Activity this week: Zilch.
Favorite healthy recipes this week: BBQ chicken and grilled vegis.
Anything else? I selfishly want to quit pumping so I can really start getting my body back. But at the same time I still want to give DD bm.
