    WEEK TWO

    Starting weight: 175 lb

    Goal weight or weight loss lbs goal: around 150

    Current weight or of lbs lost so far: 172.5 / 2.5 lb

    Something positive: WW is making this manageable

    Something negative: I overindulged yesterday for cinco de mayo. Buy boy was it delicious!

    Activity this week: walked once

    Favorite healthy recipes this week: WW tuna salad tbsp of mayo and 2 tsp of Dijon mustard. I like the different taste it gives. Also balsamic mushrooms roast them with oil at 450 for 15 min, take out mix with a chopped clove of garlic and tbsp of thyme. Then throw back in oven for 5. Then take out and mix with tbsp balsamic vinegar.

    Anything else? Had a hard time with my junk food cravings. I need to go food shopping so I have more healthy snacks on hand.

    WEEK TWO Starting weight: 240 (at 38 weeks, I was about 160 pre preg)

    Goal weight or weight loss lbs goal: 165 (I am 5' 11", 155 would be nice but that is rail thin for me)

    Current weight or of lbs lost so far:177/ 63

    Something positive: I didn't weigh myself for 2 weeks and had an awesome 5 lb loss

    Something negative: I still feel crappy about myself. I need sleep.

    Activity this week: tons of walking

    Favorite healthy recipes this week: I made these great greek turkey burgers

    Anything else? weight loss has been slow but totally effortless at this point. I feel the next 12 lbs are going to require actual work.

  • I didn't play last week so here goes:

    WEEK TWO Starting weight: 170lbs (currently)

    Goal weight or weight loss lbs goal: 150lbs

    Current weight or of lbs lost so far: 169lbs as of this morning.

    Something positive: I'm happy the weather is finally getting nice so we can do outdoor activities.

    Something negative: I ate crappy this weekend. Boo! :( Activity this week: Playing outside with the kids since it's finally nice out. I want to get to the gym during my lunch break starting tomorrow.

    Favorite healthy recipes this week: Chicken fajitas with lots of peppers and no cheese or sour cream.

    Anything else? I hate working at losing weight.

     Edited so it was readable.

  • Starting weight: 180 in January.

    Goal weight or weight loss lbs goal: 155, but 160 would be fine.

    Current weight or of lbs lost so far: 167. Slow and steady...

    Something positive: I haven't been working out too much, so I'm glad I am still slowly loosing the weight.

    Something negative: I worry about working out/cutting calories too much and it will affect my supply.


    Activity this week: Zilch.

    Favorite healthy recipes this week: BBQ chicken and grilled vegis.

    Anything else? I selfishly want to quit pumping so I can really start getting my body back. But at the same time I still want to give DD bm.

    Current weight or of lbs lost so far: down 8 since New Years, 3 since I last weighed myself

    Something positive: Just got a double jogger. It's amazing!!!

    Something negative: I should quit drinking beer.

    Activity this week: gym x 3, running and walking too

    Favorite healthy recipes this week: ?

    Starting weight: 155

    Goal weight or weight loss lbs goal: 118

    Current weight or of lbs lost so far: 130

    Something positive: I've been eating a little bit healthier

    Something negative: I've been stealing DD's fruits... 

    Activity this week: Walking. We started a fitness thing at work. 

    Favorite healthy recipes this week: avocado anything

    Anything else? I haven't broken out the jelly beans since the last check in!!
