The Thinking Woman's Guide to a Better Birth is a good source to educate yourself on different interventions and the problems they can cause. I also liked Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way for preparing for actual labor. It gives you exercises to do with your birth coach (spouse or whoever) to practice relaxation techniques at home. That being said, I'm still pregnant... we'll see soon how prepared I am!

Those are the best ones I've come across. We took the Bradley class as well and read Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way and didn't like it as much. Although Dr. Bradley's is a bit older/slightly dated, it was clear, relevant and easy to understand.
Re: Can you recommend a good book about unmedicated birth
"The Birth Partner" is a great how-to book.
"Your Best Birth" is good for motivation/reasoning to go natural.
